• How long does it take to get an estimate?  Generally our turn around time is 7 to 14 days for small to medium sized projects.  Larger, more involved projects will take longer due to there complexity.  Your patience is appreciated :)

• Do I need to be the owner of the property to schedule an appointment for an estimate?  Yes, we cannot provide an estimate to someone other than the listed owner of the property.  If you're purchasing a home we will be happy to discuss your project and provide an estimate, however we kindly ask that you schedule after you have closed and are the new owner.

• Does your company have a contractor’s license?​   Yes.  We are licensed to provide any type of residential construction service including home builds.

• ​How long have you been in business?   Since 2009

• How long does it take to get a permit from a municipality?  Anywhere from 7 to 30 days.  In rare cases it can take longer.

• If I plan to start my project more than 2 months out, how much earlier should I request an estimate?  Within 45 to 60 days from your intended start date for large projects and within 7 to 15 days for small to midsize projects.

• Do you carry general liability insurance?   Yes
